Corrective Action
A Corrective Action Request (CAR) is available for all contracts managed by GSS. If an agency encounters a contract dispute that cannot be resolved with the vendor within a reasonable timeframe, the issue may be escalated to the contract manager. This escalation is initiated by submitting a Corrective Action Request form, which formally documents the concern and requests intervention to address and resolve the matter.
