Training & Development

Current Agency Training Offering:
Build a foundational understanding of the rules and requirements for purchasing goods and services in support of your Agency, Division, or School/District. This course introduces key policies, thresholds, and best practices to support compliant procurement activities.
Focus on the most critical component of any solicitation—the scope of work. This course covers core principles and connects you to tools and resources to help you define clear, complete, and effective requirements.
Learn the essential elements of a successful formal solicitation, including roles and responsibilities, scope development, timelines, available resources, and vendor outreach. This course walks through the full process from planning to release.
Once your solicitation is posted, what happens next? This course covers the active bid phase through award and into contract management, including evaluation, communication, and post-award considerations.
