Welcome to eMarketplace, the State of Delaware's centralized shopping platform for Central Contracts awarded through Government Support Services (GSS).
It provides a single, secure location for agencies to search, compare, and purchase goods and services from awarded GSS State contract suppliers. Shopping made simple, access, and resources.
Shopping Made Simple
Regardless of enablement type, all State shoppers can use the "Shop at the Top" search bar to begin their purchasing process.
The search automatically returns the appropriate results for each contract type:
- Catalog Contracts – Return individual products ready for cart addition and checkout
- RFQ Contracts – Return the contract record, allowing shoppers to initiate and submit a quote request to participating suppliers
- Informational Contracts – Return contract details and supplier contact information for follow-up outside of eMarketplace
This unified search ensures buyers can find all contract options in one place, whether purchasing directly, requesting quotes, or contacting suppliers for more complex needs.
Access and Security
For security purposes, all users access eMarketplace through the State’s Single Sign-On (SSO) system.
