Government Support Services is excited to offer a refreshed and expanded compliment of training opportunities geared towards those who buy or handle formal bids on behalf of a State Agency, Town, Municipality, K-12, and Higher Education.

- Existing Contracts – when & how to use them;
- How to purchase when there is no existing Mandatory Use contract;

- Third party review considerations;
- Planning and timelines;
- Filling in Best Practice templates; and
- Best practice outreach.

State Agency Employees can register for Agency Procurement Training through Delaware Learning Center. In the search bar, type GSS to see current offerings.
Eligible Entity groups (K-12, Higher Ed, Towns, etc.) employees can register for Procurement Training through EventBrite. EventBrite has currently capped capacity at 25. IF you go to register and receive a message that the class is sold out, please send an email to contracting@delaware.gov. Identify the class you wish to register for and we will add you to the roster.
